Hello,System
GPU : Sapphire Pulse RX 6700XT
Motherboard : Gigabyte B550M DS3H rev1.4
CPU : AMD Ryzen5 5600
Ram : 3200mhz 8x8gb
PSU : 650W
I bought a Sapphire Pulse RX 6700XT graphics card. When I tried for the Red Dead Redemption 2 game for the first time since I got it, I started getting errors after about 10-20 minutes. My CPU Temperature is around 80 degrees, my Graphics Card Temperature is around 72 degrees. After 10-20 minutes I get WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE error.
I tested the ram with Memtest, there is no problem. I did a CPU test with Cinebench, no problem, I did a GPU test with FurMark for about 30 minutes, I did a GPU test with OCCT, no problem. According to the tests you can see, there is no problem. On Reddit, it was said that if I changed the PBO and CBS features of the processor from Auto to Disable, the problem would be solved, I did that, but the result did not change. I would be very grateful if you could help.
Also I wanted to try it in Witcher 3 game, maybe because it was in the game, I set it to Ultra+ settings, I played the game for about 20 minutes and this time the game crashed (it gave a crash error), not the blue screen. Average GPU temperature in-game is 70-72 degrees, CPU temperature is around 80-83 degrees. But a CPU saw 89 degrees.
After that i analysis my minidump file and i found processor is failing here. I'm also sharing my minidump file from WHEA Uncorrectable bsod error.
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error condition. Try !errrec Address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure to get more details.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: ffff8b8cdbe7b028, Address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 00000000bc000800, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000001010135, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

After them i tested my CPU with Prime95 Small Test FFT. I closed PBO and CBS from bios. I didn't get any BSOD. Here is test results.
PS : I updated my bios to latest version after this test.
Lastly,
I'm using the CPU with CBS, PBO turned off. XMP is turned off for ram. I deleted the drivers with DDU and installed the latest version from scratch. I scanned the system with scf /scannow via cmd and provided the fixes. I played GTA V and RDR2 games for 30 minutes each and it didn't give a shutdown or blue screen condition.
But there is a situation like this, in 2 games, while VSYNC is turned off, I experience FPS Drop in some cases. This goes away when I turn on VSYNC. As far as I guessed, it gets into a bottleneck because the CPU's Voltage and Ghz are low. As you can see in the pictures below, the Processor works between 1.0V and 2.5-3.0 Ghz. The clock of the video card is also in the 1980 - 1990clk.
First image is GTA V, second image is RDR2.
Could it be a hardware problem with the video card? Could it be on the processor? XMP is turned off, is the ram putting a power on the system right now? Or is it a software problem?
Waiting for your valuable feedback on the subject.
Regards.
