yep, my best friend pre-ordered it day before it came out, its his favorite series. HE NEVER BUYS GAMES... so when I heard he pre-ordered this one I was surprised, even knowing it was his favorite series he usually waits for sales.

I think I've concluded my Diablo 3 career 'just in time before D4'.
Made a last GR push with my Blood Nova Necro 'one of the strongest builds currently in Season 28', beat my personal records and I guess thats enough for me.
I could go higher cause the char itself is capable but I just don't have the patience to fish for better Rifts/mob density and also micro manage pylon spaws cause this build cannot deal with single target enemies with lots of HP on its own at this level. 'thats the only weakness it has'

150 is the highest in the game so 140 will do for me in solo hardcore, very tanky build tho so I wasn't in a real risk unless I get disconnected or something. :laugh:

In total I've played the game for ~3060 hours since the launch day 'minus who knows how much AFK', according to the in game statistics. Most hours spent on my DH '700' and almost the same ~560 with Monk and Wizard and around 200-230 on the rest of the chars.

Other than that I've picked up this game since I was always interested and someone reminded me in this topic:

Cyberpunk ARGP or something like that, looks pretty cool so far.
Will be splitting my free gaming time between this and my Borderlands 3 playthrough.

Well I hope that wont happen this time around, happened to me in Borderlands 1 that I lost 1 week worth of farming and whatnot cause the game decided to corrupt my savefile and my last backup was a week old..

Thank you for posting this, my brain has been apparently on vacation and didn't think to do the SIMPLEST thing...install Diablo 3 again and play that lol. I've been shaking since the announcement of 4 and avoided the betas (I can't handle that level of tease haha) but I want to play Diablo so badly.

For whatever reason I haven't just installed 3 again and played that again for a bit haha. Maybe I'll be able to stop playing Dead Cells for at LEAST a few minutes so I can play some Diablo haha.

God! This game does not get less atrocious with age! The bloody AI is probably why Sheva never got any love in this series.

At least you don't have to suffer those stupid QTE segments. Now instead you have unskipable cutscenes. Yay?

Really one of the most disappointing games of its generation. So much lost premise and design (except for those bloody, overgrown flies that instakill on contact. Those can effing burn!)

Really, i have good memories on this one ...

But as you said, some games get atrocious with age, maybe i'll change my mind about RE5 if i replays it today !

(was the case with Castlevania : Lords of Shadow, finded good on PS3 back then, boring on PC recently)

Certainly not as deep but just as challenging with Boss Battles. From a traditonal ARPG perspective think of Torchlight 2 or Titan Quest (though that is short).

I played for a bit last night lol. It made me laugh and pretty happy with something so 'simple' as installing it on a rig it was never installed on...but being able to resume a game I had going from like 10 years ago hahaha.

That's pretty amazing that we can do that these days. I was totally set to start from 0 and run through the campaign for fun, but it's even cooler to resume something from so long ago.

It runs ever so slightly better than whatever I was using back then (I'm thinking a Radeon 5870 or something) compared to my 4090 now lol. I sometimes love playing old games we used to struggle with.

I tried Assassin's Creed III tonight, already beat it once on launch day, but I wanted to play the remastered version. In graphics settings on PC, it lets you change to 2560x1440 165hz, to match my monitor, set it, reboot the game. shows in settings it stuck.

ok so you think in game you would get over 60 fps right? nope, you get 63 fps. regardless if cutscene or gameplay. WHY DO YOU LET PEOPLE HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE REFRESH RATE IF IT DOESN'T WORK

fml, I can't stand these game developers sometimes. if it wasn't for steam deck and indie devs, I may have given up on gaming.
