RTX 4080 PCIE Speeds

Recently got a RTX 4080. Everything appears to be fine however, when running the PCIe load test. The PCIe status will go from PCIE X16@ 1.1 to 4.0 which is to be expected then it will drop back down to PCIE X16@ 2.0 while the load test is running. Is this normal behavior? I was thinking that maybe the load test isn't enough to keep that 4080 at Gen 4.0 speeds? Which this would be new behavior for me. In the past every card I've owned has gone from Gen 1.1 to whatever max PCIE GEN the board and video card was capable of. So this card being able to operate at Gen 1.1, 2.0, and 4.0 is new to me.

Does this happen also with 3DMark, Unigine Valley, Unigine Superposition?
If not, I think you are fine. :)

You might want to fill in your specs too. (such as CPU brand/model, PSU brand/model, motherboard/etc)

Bus interface speed stays at PCIE 4.0 X16 speed during 3D Mark Time Spy. So I assume everything is ok and the normal small render test window within GPUZ isnt enough to keep my 4080 at PCIE 4.0 X16
