PowerColor's Radeon RX 7600 Hellhound is priced just $20 above MSRP, yet offers a factory overclock paired with a good dual-fan cooler that helps with noise and temperatures. Unlike all other cards tested, PowerColor includes a dual BIOS feature, which lets you switch to an optional low-noise profile.

Also looks like the cooler not only is a bit more quiet than Sapphires, it also has lower temperatures! Pretty good for a dual fan cooler. 3 fan is just too big for this segment.

I like this one the most! It feels like super cheap crap straight from Alli Express. Cool Vibes.

This one and yesterday's Asus have three heatpipes. The others (Pulse and reference) have just two.

What a missed opportunity, this could easily been have been a single slot card. As it stands the AMD reference card looks better and more valuable.

Just a correction, you mention a number of times that this card has RGB but the Hellhound series of cards have single colour lighting, they can only do blue not RGB. Powercolor's website confirms that's the case for this card. The physical switch turns the LEDs on or off only.

Overall this looks to be one of the nicest of the RX 7600's available for sale. That bios switch is a godsend if you like to screw around with re-flashing, or even if not as it offers you some protection from bios corruption even if you aren't stupid like me, haha.

I also really appreciate the inclusion of the RX 5700XT in all the testing. The 5700XT represents the granddaddy of the RDNA series, so it is very interesting to see how it develops in the subsequent generations of products. Navi 10 and Navi 33 are pretty close transistor-wise, 10.3 billion vs 13.3 billion, and the 5700XT continues to hold its own at the higher resolutions despite it being the older generation - which I am guessing reflects the relatively low amount of memory bandwidth available on the 7600. Very interesting nonetheless, and I hope TechPowerUp will continue to use the 5700XT in future RDNA reviews.

The card is a pathetic turd but there are some discrepancies.

Why is the quiet BIOS better?
