My guess would be some sort of riser or laptop connector for PCIe.

Quite a challenge , totally different form factor.
Where is the power connector , output connector?
A regular 3080 mobile has a 115 W TDP

This. Or something proprietary for that specific system. My first guess would have been MXM, but I've checked, it has a notch in the middle, so who knows.

It looks like a proprietary connector to fit the GPU into such a small case. It's definitely not standard MXM. MXM is a card-edge connector, and this is a socket. Can you tell if the pins are double pinned or single pinned? How about a picture of the connector on the main board?

Looks like a double row of contacts in the connector.

It seems to be based off the MXM , it has an unused connector labeled as MXMFAN3 .

If the cooler is removed , there might be more clues .

Find MXM connector specifications.

Best start with a common PCIe riser cable and go from there.

You will still have to find a way for mounting the card somehow.

That's obvious. I'm talking about the pins themselves, because only the right side are visible in the picture, if they're double sided then it's a 200 pin connector.

Its a 90° adaptor, and I would assume a proprietary adaptor, that allows the card to fit inside the tiny mini-PC case.

Unless and until you can find a pin-out description, I would not attempt to use that card anywhere else.

Traditionally these are called mezzanine cards, or PMC/CMC. The contact point is most likely still PCI-E + a set of pins for secondary +12v power, all packaged into a proprietary pin out. You can probe it to figure out the pin out and map it back to standard PCI-E and find where the power pins are, wire it up to a PSU and have a working card. But that's not advisable.

Sometimes adapters exist for less common form factors but it's much less likely for anything with a proprietary connector, especially so if it takes power. Passive adapters are easy to build, but once you need to factor in power planes it gets complicated and few will bother.
