Iceberg Thermal this Computex introduced some of the stuff it didn't show us at this year's CES. While the company focused on air coolers there, here we caught several new AIO liquid CPU coolers. The company also showed off its first cases, but they're just prototypes for now. The Invisible 415 (working name), gets its name from its mirrored body panels that can make it look "invisible," or so its designers say. We think it just looks very pretty. The mid-tower features a conventional horizontally partitioned layout, with room for graphics cards up to 37 cm in length (if you forfeit the front radiator and fans); CPU coolers up to 17.5 cm in height, and PSUs (and their cabling) up to 41 cm in length, if you can pull out the bottom drive cages. You get 7 conventional and 3 vertical expansion slots, and fan-mounts that include three 140 mm (or smaller) front, three 140 mm (or smaller) on top, and a rear 140 mm. You can mount radiators up to 360 mm in size along the front- and top panels. Not sold on the black-mirror front panel? The company is also working on a mesh variant.
Iceberg Thermal showed us four of their IceFloe Oasis series all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU coolers. These are topped by the IceFloe Oasis 420, with its mammoth 3x 140 mm radiator; followed by the IceFloe Oasis 360 (3x 120 mm); IceFloe Oasis 280 (2x 140 mm), and IceFloe Oasis 240 (2x 120 mm). The company considers all four of these as prototypes at this stage. It's very likely that the pump-design is of Asetek pedigree. The included 120 mm fans for the Oasis 240 and Oasis 360, turn at speeds of up to 2,200, pushing 94 CFM of airflow, at up to 38 dBA noise, and 3.27 mm H₂O static pressure. The 140 mm spinners with the Oasis 420 and Oasis 280 turn at speeds of up to 1,600 RPM, pushing up to 96 CFM of airflow, at up to 36 dBA noise, and 2.65 mm H₂O static-pressure. The fans feature addressable RGB lighting.
The standalone IceGale Silent 2 and IceGale ARGB 2 fans make up Iceberg Thermal's fan lineup. The second generation IceGale Silent is a 120 mm fan with low-noise optimization. It uses sleeved bearings, features ARGB 2.0 lighting, and while the company didn't give us speed and airflow specs, it claims that the fan tops out at 21.8 dBA. The IceGale ARGB 2 comes in 120 mm and 140 mm sizes, and is designed for high airflow. It features a double ball bearing. Lastly we were shown the company's DriftIce series thermal pads, and FuzeIce series TIMs, which we'd also seen at CES.
