Anyone have the OEM BIOS? Card doesn't appear to be restickered as came in OEM box with matching Serial number.

Please use one of the following bioses. The bios you currently have installed is likely modified (Overdrive limit for memory is 2300MHz instead of 2250MHz)

Will it matter if I need to change the SSID?
If it currently has a wrong SSID you need to force the flash.

Please follow the flash instructions of eidairaman1. See the quote below:
For RX 500 Series (Polaris) and Older:

Get amdvbflash 2.93

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Then look for Version 4.68, underneath 4.68 you will see a link to show older version, click that and you should see version 2.93

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to 5 digits with .rom on end Example RX 580, change file to rx580.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. Type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify the gpu you want to flash with a 0, 1, or 2)

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked" (or 1, 2)

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 r****.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0).
(Or 1, 2)

Press Enter

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen

I think I must have additional issues. GPU-Z says Micron RAM after flash, but definitely reads Samsung in tab for Memory Timings.

Could be tooling issue. The photo you post in a different thread showed it is Samsung. Can you make a dump of the current bios and share it with us? Which of the 4 bioses did you flash?

Not saying Micron this time, but RAM has disappeared. Tried all the bios advised above.

Its Samsung K4G80325FC.

@TehForgotten
Can you tell us which of the four bioses you have flashed? Can you make a dump of the current bios which is on the graphics card?

Did all those bioses give you 0 MHz clocks?

I suspected as much. Thank you both for your help. I have learnt a lot.

Orientation of the RAM matter? I think this has been touched before me.

From what I can find on the Web, u2500 is supposed to be opposite to two either side. This means that u2200 that I pictured earlier should be upside down too. Bet that's not an easy fix?

If memory at U2200 doesnt have the same origation to the GPU as U2500 then the someone replaced the memory in the past

https://www.ixbt.com/video4/images/polaris20-3/asus-rx570-scan-front.jpg (Elpida instead of Samsung memory but it shouldn't matter since the oritation of the memory should be the same.)

So, upon continuity testing, I get no ground beep on pins any of 8 pins. 8,7&5 should beep. 3 tiny caps to right beep on connection gnd pin only. Other side beeps to ground. Is this wrong? Pretty sure gnd pins are meant to beep connection to any gnd on board. The top hole on unpopulated 3 pin PCON100 is gnd.
