Hello, I currently got the problem that I have terrible lags and stutters in cs:go when I move my mouse but also lags when I don't move my mouse which aren't that extreme.

I also have an video of the lags. I tried so many things but so far I couldn't fix it.

Maybe someone can help me with that, thank you in advance :)

Let it record for 5-10min while the PC is idle and make a screenshot of the results. Do the same recording when playing CSGO and make another screenshot.

Only would be mouse related if it stops polling randomly. But it looks as if your whole screen is shuttering instead.

Do the usual. Uninstall drivers with DDU. Instal new and make sure you don't have like anti-virus running in the background.

I reinstalled my whole pc and only installed Windows 11 and it only worked for the first start of the game, after I installed the graphic drivers it stopped working even after uninstalling these drivers again.

Try putting windows power plan to max. I had this happen to me before on Ryzen. For some reason the chipset drivers came with a "Ryzen" power plan. Yeah it would do stuff like this to me.

I don’t know what they did with GO vs Source, which was so much smoother for me.

For CSGO try setting fps to refresh rate and enabling vsync. Helps for a lot of games for some reason.

What power supply do you have.

Looks like a problem fps limiting to 3 below refresh rate would fix.

Tried this but also didnt work :/ Still stuttering everytime I move mouse and even without moving my mouse but atleast not so extreme.

I have a beQuiet! Dark Power Pro 11 1200W power supply and the fps limit to 141 also didnt work :/

Disable one of the 7950X CCD in the bios.

This will force all tasks to run on one CCD and reduce latency.

If this fixes the issue, you can then use process lasso to make game threads stay on one CCD, and reenable the other CCD.

Changing the USB port of your mouse could help, what model is the mouse?

change the nvidia driver affinity to different core using this tool,

you can see now at which core it works in the "CPUs" tab. Change the affinity to the less used core

I tried to do this but in the BIOS the option to change something of the CCD isnt available, its just grey and not changeable. I have an Asus Mainboard

Also my mouse is a Logitech G703 Lightspeed that I paired with a Logitech Powerplay Mousepad. I also changed the usb ports without any success :/

I can't find my NVIDIA Driver in there, just my Graphics Card and when I try to change something it always gives me an error "Registry value for affinity mask has unexpected type".

yes, but it works in win 11 and it changes the affinity and it will be visible in latencymon "CPUs" tab. You can also change the affinity of this HDaudbus.sys.

Also - use NVCleanstall to install nvidia driver without the bloatware.

Okay I did both of this but sadly the issue with the lagging and stuttering is still there... im slowly losing hope to be able to fix this problem.

If you're using the PC as a gaming rig, a 7800X3D is much better than a 7950X, so consider returning that and switching, this may also fix your problem.

Can't return it anymore, I got it like 4 months now. I sometimes do multiple things at a time whilst gaming etc. so Its useful to have many threads.

But I'm not sure if the problem is CPU related, mouse related, gpu related or anything, everything I do seems to do nothing.

What confuses me the most is that I experience lags and stuttering only in CS:GO. Every other game runs smoothly, but this one performs terribly
