I come from a i5 8500 with DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX (Hynix chips) and understand that this ram doesnt play nice with
ryzen 5000 series, so I want to avoid this situation now that i want to go for next gen, r5 7600 or i5 13400f. I want to be able to
use it with both platforms. And no RGB sh*t.
What do you think about these? B-dies?

Ryzen 7000 is DDR5 only. After this year's Intel 14th gen, Intel will be DDR5 only as well.

DDR5 won't work on Ryzen 5000 series. The posts reads as if you want to use DDR5 for a DDR4 only platform.

For DDR5, Hynix is actually the best :)

I'm using Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 speed (rated for 6400). Vengeance only supports XMP not EXPO, and XMP profiles do not work on my 7800X3D+Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite combo. I had to manually set it.

If you go AMD I'd buy EXPO capable RAM that is listed as supported by the motherboard you get. Max 6000 speed.

Nope, I didnt make myself clear. It is known that Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 doesnt work all the well with Ryzen 5000 series. I want to avoid such problems when buying DDR5 modules, now that i want to upgrade to Ryzen 7600 or i5 13400. I want some ram that will work well with both platforms. I will avoid EXPO memory, cause i may need them in actual or future intel configs. So I need the "jack of all trades" when it comes to compatibility.

I believe there are Vengeance modules that support only EXPO profiles.

I'm not so sure about that but you might want to check this:

DDR4: higher end Hynix good for value and OC, B-die daily
DDR5: Hynix good, Samsung bad

On the AMD platform you won't notice much (at least right now) because you hit the 6000 wall, and both can still tighten timings a bit. On the Intel platform you will immediately notice that the Samsung has zero OC headroom.........but at the same time 13400F is a last gen part, and locked models locked VCCSA means RAM headroom is limited somewhere below 7000 anyway.
