It’s a 12nm.chip that is just known to get very warm why the original X570s all had chipset fans. My VRMS. Just sit at maybe 46-48C under any conditions. The hottest component on any X570 is the chipset. My old X570 would hit up to 62C with a fan the next hottest component after my GPU. My current X570S tops out at 58C the OP on a higher tier MSI is seeing what I’d consider terrible temps in comparison.

BTW OP lives in Turkiye, if he isn't using A/C ,means higher temps.

I have no A/C right now and the ambient is 32.1 degrees Celsius.

If your room temp would be around 23 degrees, you can deduct 8.5 degrees from all your hardware temps and those temps would be good.
Since you're having a high ambient temp your hardware temps aren't bad at all..

Putty might be the thing to try if you wanted to drop temps further along with a fan. Did you just use a thing square copper and that's it and get that much temp reduction!? That was like 20 degrees difference. I'm impressed if that's just from a thing shim along with the gains from removing intake filter which that alone a big improvement. I used a Xigmatek Porter NB cooler down below in the past. I'm a bit surprised you can still find them online.

Ok , that heatsink has few extrusions, it may help few degrees with the little fan..

A different heatsink might work better.

Yes, I can easily say that after the fan there is not much difference. But I have to say this Noctua fan is some kind of invent. It has a very low noise level even at 5000 rpm!

Here is the final result after Noctua:

Ps. Under Full OC + Gaming mode + stress test, the PCH temp stays at 57C, which is acceptable.

I don't think I would make further modification.

Would be very cool if you could use VHB Tape as thermal pad so you could stick another different heatsink directly to the die....

I also attached an arctic bionix fan under the gpu which helped the gpu stays under 35 degree celsius.
