I'm guessing because CPUs don't do as much parallel computing as GPUs, so data doesn't "hop" so much.Genuine question here, why does it work for cpu ? Is there structural reason or how cpu works that make chiplets works for them ?
Also, idle power consumption still isn't perfect on Ryzen. 20-25 W compared to maybe 5 W on Intel's monolithic monsters.
