Can you stop Current limit throttling?

I have an Xeon E3-1245 v3 on an dell optiplex 3020mt motherboard. I noticed when I run a stress test my cpu current limit Throttles. Is their any way to stop that and let more current run to the cpu? My Temps are very low usually 150f-160f on cineabench and the XTU benchmark.

i have a xeon 1230v3 unlocked at 3.7ghz via bios tweak and thottlestop.
put 256 in pp0 current limit.
If it doesn't let you do it, you need to unlock pp0 from bios.

Ok I will try this when I get a chance. Also how do you get your xeon cpu unlocked? Are they all or I just need to get a Z series motherboard.

I couldn't change the min side of the pp0 current limit but the max changed and now it says core power limit all the time.

I have a cheap acer b85 mb with modified bios. you have to look for someone who can help you. it's tricky and it's also risky because sometimes intel ME interferes with biosflash and you can brick mb. I have everything unlocked including pcie gen 3...

I wrote it to you how you have to do it.... do I have to repeat it to you?
put 256 in pp0 current limit.
If that doesn't work, you need to mod the bios...

I did put the pp0 setting to 256 but it caused a core power limit like you can see in the photo I shared. The current limit throttling stopped but replaced its self with that.

I put all the correct settings, those of the useless bios that I'll show you is a modified bios and you don't have those entries.
pl1 105 pl2 default pp0 unlocked, ecc

Okeo, I fixed the problem of the cpu power limit by puting the pp0 to 256. Now it says that their is core power limit.

vr current value lock disabled = pp0 current limit lock disabled
vr current value = 0 empty valid value from 0 to 255 in bios
pp0 current limit 256
cpu never throttle even with avx2 even with turbo multiplier at max.

get a cheap ch341a spi flash and backup the entire rom + me if it makes write fail you can bring it back to life.
