it have vulkan wich is equivalent
No it isn't, as you'd know if you'd actually read the review.

time to ditch DX once for all and embrace vulkan so anyone can play your games on any platform easily without emulation/interpretation layers.
I prefer games that actually run well over stupid ideologies, thanks.

If you've played the game you'll recognize them -> no spoiler
If you haven't there's no way you'll remember anything about them from the screenshots, I tried to not include anything that's memorable, except for the guys kissing scene

Good :)
Poor miss piggy, kermit will be devastated

They did cripple the other chips with that slow ram, who the heck would pair a 13900k with that other than to show off with more cache
You mean it's officially maximum supported speed?

Intel® Core™ i9-13900K Processor
It's not a memory overclocking benchmark, they've used maximum supported RAM for every CPU there equally

OH WHY IS THE 5800x3D NOT AT 3866, BUT A MERE 3200

DX12 is inferior to vulkan in quite a few ways
It's using more VRAM because it's allocating it and keeping it there like a cache, rather than DX11 where the drivers are dumping all it can to stop VRAM limitations on the GPUs.

I change most of my games over to vulkan because it runs better with less issues

Fairly equal overall, vulkan just tends to work better since it's not got the same issues as DX12 with render queues and latency issues - no need for reflex when vulkan handles that better internally in the first place

My point was that in this game, Vulkan is inferior to DX11, so saying "always use Vulkan hurr durr" isn't a valid argument.

My point was that in this game, Vulkan is inferior to DX11, so saying "always use Vulkan hurr durr" isn't a valid argument.

It's got the advantage of being less performance heavy on the CPU like DX11, without the latency issues of DX12 - it's a lot smoother on many systems which isn't shown in w1zzards review since he's using a high end 13900k system.
(Vulkan can discard frames so if you have 2 ready it uses the most recent, without the risk of stuttering that NULL/reflex can bring)
Even with a lower framerate, you can get a far smoother experience and that's going to be worth it for anyone who isn't running out of VRAM

The games already had patches to it's vulkan implementation too, one update was about alt-tabbing and a crash fix, while another mentioned background flickering (That changelog has been eaten with their re-release of patch 4, i'll see if i can find it quoted).
