AMD Radeon (TM)530 error 43

Hello, I apologize in advance for my English, I'm from the Czech Republic
I have this problem after using Ccleaner, even reinstalling windows didn't help
I tried to turn on GTA 5 and it showed me this broken card in the graphics settings. I've been looking at the forum for some advice but haven't found anything, this is my last resort
I try install new and old graphic drivers and it didn't help
I think ccleaner caused it

Windows 11

Can you help me please?

I seems you dont have the latest drivers installed. Latest drivers by AMD (Adrenalin 22.6.1):

Looks like something is wrong with that GPU.....maybe just the cooler for GPU in that Lap-top aint working properly so the new driver refuse to install or it's possible that GPU is simply daying and showing the famous code 43 error......GL fixing that

Have you run DDU (display driver unistaller) in safe mode?

How did you reinstall windows? if not from a fresh windows download to usb drive then boot from usb and do install from that usb. any other type of windows installation may not be a clean install.

CCleaner and DDU can both break drivers, but if it is just software it's definitely fixable - you just need the specific drivers for that GPU and not generic ones.
The question is why did you run CCleaner on the settings that could affect drivers? Were you attempting to fix a problem with the graphics card that already existed?


Newer AMD drivers are here and should also work but sometimes laptops require their specific drivers.
If these do not work (use the clean install option while offline), then get your laptops specific drivers from the lenovo website below.
Note that this is a 'legacy' graphics card now, the main driver releases will not work on this GPU.

Unfortunately, there is multiple laptops that fit this code on the lenovo support page, you may need to find the one that matches your laptop specifically.

This is the first link; you'd need your models correct VGA driver.

Because these came with multiple GPU options, you need to select the correct driver - Nvidia drivers wont do you any good, so don't download everything they have.

You'll note that the AMD driver supports several models of the laptops, so it's likely that one will work fine for you even with a different variant.

There is no windows 11 driver because your laptop doesn't support windows 11. The drivers should work anyway.









Code 43 errors are particularly common on faulty GPU's - happened a lot on 700 series Nvidia cards for example, where oven baking or a solder reflow would commonly help get them working again

One unique thing about that situation was the GPU would work without drivers, but then crash with them - it would work in the most basic 2D state only, but the drivers unlocking the 3D parts of the GPU would cause it to crash out completely.

Did you try to do a clean install with Windows 10 and see if it works before upgrading to Windows 11?

Maybe you should try first on the official suported operating system which is Windows 10.

CCleaner and DDU can break things, but usually not in this manner.

What they tend to do is remove the microsft drivers making windows think it needs to redownload them, and you end up with two drivers installed that may be the AMD or microsoft one - you just need to manually choose the AMD one in device manager when that happens (but people keep using DDU over and over again, without catching on that the uninstallers are the problem - not the drivers)

I try reinstall windows x times, try DDU in offline and still nothing :/

While the driver is not installed, does the system stay stable?
If it stays stable without drivers install, can you flash the latest bios?
