My ryzen 5600x boost up only to around 4.05 ghz all core and cinebench score is little underperforming. How can i fix this ?

Cpu is at stock settings but for some reason it boost only to around 4048-4173 mhz all core on cinebench and it stay for the most time between 4048mhz and 4.1ghz

The temps i get are maximal 59°c when running cinebench on the hottest core and some stay at around 57°c . Now with this temps shouldn't the CPU boost all core to 4.2 ghz or 4.3 ?

Cinebench r20 score - 4019 (other 5600x reach around 4400-4500)
Cinebench r23 score - 10323 (other 5600x reach around 11000)

Using

PureRock 2 with Thermal Grizzly on it (cant remember the exact one i use)​

The CPU will boost as high as it can given a power target (power limit) and many other factors such as temperature and usage. This is always a little different with every CPU and system.

check in your bios if there is any powerlimit/eco mode active.

Yes, that seems like a power limit in BIOS or Ryzen Master. I just tested my 5600 and with PBO it runs at 4454 MHz on all cores getting 11,300 in CB23 so you should be easily exceeding that. When I don't run with PBO, I'm power limited to 76W and will see like 4250 MHz all-core depending on the load, with proportionally lower performance.

I got 11,200 recently on R23 with my 5600x3d and its clocks are only at 4350
