Compared to its predecessors, the ambidextrous ROG Strix Impact III not only comes with a different shape, but also a much lower weight of 59 g while retaining a solid shell. Hot-swappable ROG main button switches, pure PTFE feet, and a paracord-like, flexible cable are on board, too.

Got it couple days ago, overall I like it. Except for the sculpted design to fit in your palm better. I would rather have it like it did on Impact II.

Cord is great, so are the buttons. But the downfall of ROG has always been the Scroll Wheel decoder. That's how the Impact II died and Gladius.

I remember times when mouse lasted years and wasn't a yearly upgrade.

why mouse manufacturers cant just do an easy way to access mouse internals, so I can replace their nonsence switches with proper "Blue Shell White Dot" one, without damaging pads.

One thing I'm curious about on this mouse is the bottom, where stickers cover the two screws at the back. Rather than stickers, would one be able to cover these areas with two more skates?

Two generic PTFE dots would work.

That's what I bought and I'm very happy with it at 4000hz polling rate.
That's fine bro. Nothing can compete with the Razer DA model in my opinion. I'm an old school gamer and tried out the most famous mice models but I always went back to the DA, because it performs the best in my hand and the most important point is, no other mouse offered me a better comfort.
