I wouldn't consider either filler content I would say why but it would be semi spoilerish lol.
Ok, so I was pretty blown away by this game ... for about 25 hours. After that I realized that the game is incredibly empty. One thing is that once you master the combat it's very repetitive. The story is ... the world is pretty cool sure, but the story itself is (IMO) not that interesting at all. And the game itself is an open world game with a million fast travel points on the map, and there are some skills (most of which don't matter in the end), there aren't many choices... BTW, I turned of most UI elements as I found the MMO-style quest tracking staff to be incredibly distracting and annoying.
So it's gorgegous, entertaining filler. The game was so entertaining it took me 25 hours to realize there's not much to it.
