New case, replacing the ol evolv x. It was either go with custom panels or new case, going with a new case was 100-150$ cheaper so.. antec p1!

If you have time could you share your thoughts on the Performance 1? I'm deciding between it and the Fractal Torrent. Also really interested in what you think of the T3 Storm fans that are in it. Three 140x30 fans for $40 seems like a killer deal if they're decent.

hmm it's only been a day but i would say the 3 140 fans are better than the old NFA14's i had. quieter at ~1100rpm than the noctuas were at that range (1000was the maximum i could tolarate they got.. absurdly louder at the next pwm step above 1k).
I would have gone for the torrent my self, but lack of top mounted rad space makes it a no go for me, never going back to air cooling for CPUs. The torrent is an air only case unless for some reason you want to remove its defining feature, those large front fans.

But yeah the fans seem good so far and case is pretty decent at dampening noise. If you're looking to use an AIO this case seems perfectly suited for 360rad setups. Build quality/cable management is also very good, slightly better than Phanteks at the very least and airflow wise it's also meeting my demands and I'm using OC'ed high power consumption parts.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. I was pretty set on staying on air, but seeing your performance with a KS on an AIO is making me reconsider.

Found a banana stand at a thrift store that was 50% off of $3.49 and converted it to a headphone stand.

All I did was clean it off, bend the hook flat, and put some heat-shrink tubing over it so it doesn't damage the headband.

Even compared to cheap dedicated headphone stands, this is the cheaper way to do it.

Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce OC 3GB
Bought it on a marketplace for €45

I Installed it in my HP Z210 with i5-2400 CPU. Great improvement over the Intel HD Graphics

What is the lastest Windows 7 x64 driver for this videocard? I installed Display Driver 384.76 from Gigabyte website.

If you have time could you share your thoughts on the Performance 1? I'm deciding between it and the Fractal Torrent. Also really interested in what you think of the T3 Storm fans that are in it. Three 140x30 fans for $40 seems like a killer deal if they're decent.

I am thinking of getting those fans as well, I really have no need, I just want to see if they would help my exhaust some. My exhaust is ok, but a bit weak, even at 100% fan speed I can barely hear the fans and they aren't pushing a lot of air (just using cheap fan as my exhaust) lol its working fine, but yeah had my eye on these for awhile, great price... phanteks are too pricey.

My Mi band 4 strap broke (again) so I ordered a new one (4th one, they last about a year). Also bought Until Dawn on PS4 for sth around $10, new, disc.

I was tempted to just get the Mi Band 8 instead of a new strap but I'll hold for now, the thing is still working as it should, battery lasts just fine.

Avoid storing anything critical on those. My employer used to give these out to customers, and of the half-dozen-ish leftovers I got my hands on, two completely failed with only limited use.

Very hard to beat the value on the Arctic P12's and very multipurpose also the fan wattage is quite conservative. I scored a pair of 5 packs awhile back and no regrets about that decision excellent value fans.

Those are the coolest speaker grills I've ever seen. How do they sound on 4" woofers? :p

These and 1GB usb sticks can be real useful when some applications or linux based things won't boot off bigger drives I had this issues in the past that's why I got a 1GB for these things.

Avoid storing anything critical on those. My employer used to give these out to customers, and of the half-dozen-ish leftovers I got my hands on, two completely failed with only limited use.

I am lucky in that I don't have much critical storage, videos and pictures from travels over the years, critical files, etc - come to around 50-80gb i can't remember.

so I have like 8 redundant backups all offline/1 online. 3 in 3 different HDD's, and rest in cheap sandisk flash drives. lol so i never have to worry about losing my special memories

i may never get to travel again depending on what job offers i get in future, parents health, etc. so yeah never want to lose those memories.

on topic: I read an early review for the new ANC Sennheiser Accentum headphones coming out october 4th... ANC has improved a lot on both high and low frequencies it said, $179 vs the $429 Bose Ultra ANC I had pre-ordered. as much as I want top tier ANC, if I can get high quality ANC for only $179... might be worth it on my budget.

anyways yeah, Bose Ultra preorder canceled and Sennheiser Accentum preorder placed... @VSG hopefully I am not making a mistake here, lol

Ordered a Ryzen 7 5800X as it was on sale (189,90EUR).
Me too! Only mine was €181. Obviously for a different build.

MORA3 update
For some odd reason the molex 10-fan controller didn't like the P12 fans (got 8 working) but the SATA variant works just fine (all 9). So now I need 3 extension cables (molex for pumps, sata for fan controller, 4-pin for fan control).
