ASRock Challenger D RX 5700 XT OC

Hello guys , i've got an ASRock Challenger D RX 5700 XT OC and my problem is that it don't work. If i put only this card on my board , it beeps and nothing show up , so now i'm using 2 cards just to see what's wrong and i got this.

I've tried to update bios with AMDVBFlash but my problem is that it's not creating the file.

What should i do? Thank you in advance

PS: I already downloaded ASRock.RX5700XT.8192.190926.rom but i just don't know how to install the vBios i'm newbie in this thing.

You can follow the flash instructions below but you need to know which memory is on the PCB first!

ASRock.RX5700XT.8192.190926.rom:
Memory support:

• Micron MT61K256M32
• Samsung K4Z80325BC

Memory support:

For RX 5000-7000 Navi Series and I believe Vega Cards, maybe Fury...

Versions 3.31-5.0.567

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of amdvbflash_win_5.0.567.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder (make sure everything is in C:\atiflash and not another folder)

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to a 5 digit with .rom on the end, example RX 6900XT, name file r6900.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move your bios r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5.Open the directory/folder, double click AMDVBFlashDriverInstaller.exe and allow it to install
YOU MUST INSTALL THIS FOR AMDVBFLASH TO WORK, YOU CAN UNINSTALL IT USING THE EXACT SAME .EXE

6. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

7. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

8. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

9. At C:\atiflash> type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify your card with a 0, 1, or 2

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -p 0 r****.rom -fa -fp (or 1, 2)

(there is a space between amdvbflash.exe and -p, a space between -p and 0, a space between 0 and r****.rom, a space between r****.rom and -fa, and a space between -fa and -fp)

Press Enter.

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on monitor.

You can try flashing with only the -f command maybe the program gets confused using the -fa -fp command on a Card with "unknown" Bios.

Can you confirm you have installed AMDVBFlashDriverInstaller.exe before running amdvbflash?

Maybe your Flashtool is to new for 5700 series, maybe try hte 2.9.3+ Version from this Site: https://www.igorslab.de/neue-versio...d-finale-des-redbioseditors-rbe-zum-download/
and try the "amdvbflash -f -p 1 yourbios.rom" command

He don't recognize the second (RX 5700) GPU , but GPU-Z is recognizing it

I allready tried that too... all the versions , the only version witch is working is the latest but it fails to install the bios , idk why

Could be an issue with your operating system or motherboard. Did you use DDU? What are the specs of the other system?

I don't really understand what was the problem , I reinstaled the gpu into my pc , I rebooted it few times without ram, then i installed the ram into 2nd slot and know it seems to work , I don't understand what was wrong ... thank you all for your help but I can't really tell a solution.
