I hope that GPU from ASrock is good to you, my ASrock Phantom D OC 6900 XT was not great, massive coil whine and hard to cool without insanely loud fan noise.
I've actually had the card for over a month now and it has been perfect.
I am digging the look of your case. Is it going to be able to cool a 7900 XTX?
Oh, I didn't buy that case for me to use, I bought it to put parts in and sell as a full PC. My case is a gigantic Ultra U12-40670 eATX Server Super Tower made of heavy-gauge steel. My PC weighs between 40 and 50lbs because of it but it's made to accommodate a server if needed and can handle PSUs more than double the length of a standard ATX. There's no way that I'd use something else. It's an old-school monster with seven 5¼" bays that open to the front, plus five internal 3½" HDD bays. Even with all of that framing in the front, my RX 7900 XTX fits easily with room to spare. As for cooling, there are two 120mm Cooler Master Sickle Flow fans at the intake and one at the exhaust. Cooling is not an issue in a case designed to be able to house a server. ;)

This is a small picture of it stripped-down but there's no scale (that long slot at the top has a movable support bracket to allow for huge server PSUs):

This video is far better at showing you just how big it is because there's a person there to compare it to:

At that price, those things better come equipped with an airplane!

I'll let you know this weekend - ordered the white 240 because my current AIO is running hot on the 5800X3D.
Is there something wrong with it? I also have a 5800X3D but I'm just using an AMD Wraith Prism air cooler and it's fine. I think your AIO might be clogged or something.

Thanks! I first saw it when I worked at Tiger Direct but it was like $275+ and so I didn't give it a second thought. Fast-forward four years and TD was having a going out of business sale and I got it for $80. I just couldn't say no at that point! The easy way to know that it's an old-school case is that the PSU mounts at the top instead of the bottom. ;)

Some AIOs do run hot with X3D. Just like my be quiet Silent Loop 2, which can cool literally anything, except for X3D. That's why I don't recommend an AIO with X3D (you just never know if it'll work or not).

Mostly they are gold diggers. Raising the value on the market. It's like men who implant bolsters to show muscels they don't have. If they need it let'em. ;)

Finally got a good deal for 6800xt and completed the build (other than some visual stuff). XFX card is just beautiful. Now I'm constantly gazing the case, mesmerized by it

It is also a very big card. Especially huge compared to 1070 Mini

I gave me Nephew my 6800XT for his Bday. He had a 2070 and absolutely loves the upgrade he felt from that to the 6800XT.

After a short tuning and fan setting, it basically trippled my fps :toast: It doesnt feel like an upgrade anymore but a new PC.
It's good to be back on red team too. Last time I had Sapphire 7850 in crossfire  I'm also loving the Adrenalin Software. Very tidy and useful.

Yeah, they are quite big. Got one in my HTPC and it only just fits. Good looking cards!

I knew what I was getting but man, I still got surprised when I first saw it. No complaints though. :D

That's true for the difference of Hardware and Software. ;)

I have no interest in such a market where ugly-looking, yucky-feeling artificial implants raise one's value. I'm also not interested in people who look at themselves as products on a market.
In my job i'm working in the MedTech. Validating the FDA etc. That can bring a lot of cash to me. If one needs one or two to adapt different sizes by e.g. a former Surgery (i.e. cancer), that's just ok. I had a girlfriend who had original zwo different cup sizes. Size A and size D on the other side. If a lady had an amputation it seems to bring them back their feeling of being a woman. Also OK. One should not act extreme in any way. If mankind would act that way we would be back in the wars of religions. ;)

Good Grief! People actually PAY those prices?
Why not? My next Headphones will cost >500€. May actual ones did cost 400€. Adding DAC and H-AMP you'll pay at least 1.000€. Try to listen to Beethoven/Mozart/Verdi/Rachmaninoff with cheap headphones. That's a thing you don't want to.

Why wouldn't they? It's not weird level money for audiophiles.

Personally I'm fine with that, but I'm blessed with the talent of being fine with downgrading.

$150 to $200 is reasonable for high end. $300 to $400 for elite equipment? Ok. Above $500? Forget about it. That's just wasteful.

We're just talking about headphones.

I have and it's not pleasant. High quality headphones for $200? Ok, I'm sold. But no one is going to sell me on $1000+ headphones. That's like $100 HDMI cables or $75 AV cables. It's bloody snake-oil nonsense.
