I'm basically a newbie to Undervolting, i don't have much knowledge on most settings in ThrottleStop apart from Turbo Power Limits and offset voltages.
WIth a few recommendations i've tried some settings and reached this one, but i get power and other limits.
any fix?
SYSTEM(if necessary):
Acer PH315-53(2020) laptop
-i7-10750h(10th gen)
-RTX 2060
-32GB RAM Dual Channel
Configuration and a TS Bench(while limiting happens) attached.

Try checking the MMIO Lock box and run an updated log file. You have a PL1 power limit throttling problem. The MMIO PL1 power limit is set to 45W so that has to be fixed first.

I ticked the box and successfully completed 960M TS Bench with no limitations so thank you so much for the help!!
tho i also did the test with fans on auto and still got 'EDP OTHER'.

EDP OTHER
The CORE column of Limit Reasons is the important one. When THERMAL or PL1 or PL2 light up red under CORE, that automatically triggers an EDP OTHER warning under the RING column. In this case, the problem is THERMAL throttling. A little bit of thermal throttling is normal for Acer laptops with 10750H processors. When you increase the turbo power limits, a CPU is going to run hotter.

The cooling system designed by Acer might be adequate when a 10750H is limited to the 45W TDP value. The cooling is not adequate when you run a 10750H at its full rated speed and at full power. There is not much you can do with an under designed laptop. The choices are to slow the CPU down by setting the maximum turbo multipliers to 38 like you are doing or run it at full speed and let it thermal throttle or you could reduce the power limits to what your cooling system can handle.

If you want to see what this is like I would set PL1 to 60W or 65W, PL2 to 70W or 75W and I would set the turbo time limit to about 8 seconds. If you choose to power limit throttle your computer using this method, I would set the turbo ratios back to the listed default values. This method lets the CPU run faster when lightly loaded.

Post a log file that shows this. What are PL1 and PL2 set to in ThrottleStop and how much power consumption does ThrottleStop report on its main screen when your computer is power limit throttling?

Some Acer laptops use an embedded controller (EC) to make sure that long term, the 45W TDP rating is enforced.

while running the bench it hit 75w, i got both thermal and PL1 throttling.
Here's the configuration i used according to the second method you suggested:

The log file shows TEMP which indicates thermal throttling. The CPU does a little bit of PL2 power limit throttling at 75W because you have Short Power PL2 set to 75W in ThrottleStop. You could increase that power limit to get rid of the power limit throttling but then your CPU will overheat and you will get thermal throttling instead of power limit throttling. In other words, you have reached the wall. Without better cooling you cannot run your CPU any faster and you cannot run it at its full rated speed.

Your screenshot shows that the MMIO Lock box is not checked. When the lock box is clear, after a while the MMIO PL1 45W power limit will kick in and your CPU will slow down further. Is that what you want?

The sad part about many Acer laptops is Acer decided to set the thermal throttling temperature to only 92°C instead of the Intel recommended 100°C value. This causes thermal throttling to start way too soon.

hey, i've now repasted my laptop and i can reach 100w at 92c(16 threads benchmark).
but EDP other is flashing on core, GPU and ring all at the same time even in idle.

For EDP throttling issues try setting Power Limit 4 to a value of 0 and set IccMax for both the core and the cache to the max, 255.75. If this does not fix things then I guess you are out of luck.

i can reach 100w at 92c
The 10750H has a 45W TDP rating. You are trying to push it to more than double its rated TDP. Your computer is set to start thermal throttling at 92°C. It seems like you are getting all of the performance you can possibly get out of your computer. Instead of running benchmarks, go play a game or actually use your computer for something productive. It is running great.

What thermal paste did you use? Keep an eye on temperatures for the next few weeks. Some popular thermal pastes can fail very quickly when applied direct die to a mobile CPU.

I used the MX-6 with spread applying method
