Hello everyone, this is the build for which I am seeking your support:
GIGABYTE X670 GAMING X AX AMD Ryzen 5 7600 G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16) 6000MHz CL36 AMD EXPO Thermalright Frozen Prism 360 BLACK ARGB MSI GEFORCE RTX 4070 VENTUS 3X E 12G OC NVIDIA graphics card 12 GB GDDR6X Crucial P5 Plus 2TB Be Quiet Pure Power 12M 1000W Power Supply for ATX PC EXPO profile enabled.
The computer was assembled in the first week of September, and so far, apart from some initial temperature issues, the computer has worked perfectly. However, for the past few days, it has exhibited strange behavior during startup. When turning on the computer, the CPU and RAM status LED lights start flashing simultaneously for 8-10 minutes before the computer displays the POST.
In the last few days, I had not made any updates other than those of Windows and a few motherboard and graphics card drivers. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think these updates should affect the POST loading phase.
Once the computer is started, it is very stable, and I have never experienced a system freeze or crash. Additionally, if I shut down and restart the computer before an hour has passed, it restarts quickly without any issues. The problem repeats after about an hour of the PC being off. Even if I put the PC to sleep, it behaves in the same way. If I resume before an hour has passed, everything is okay, but after this time, the flashing LEDs and the 8-10 minute wait recur.
Given the situation, I decided to run some tests to try to identify the problem:
What do you recommend I do?

Given the situation, I decided to run some tests to try to identify the problem:
- Ran Memtest86 for several hours without any errors.
- Removed the RAM, cleaned the contacts, and reinserted them.
- Updated BIOS to the latest version available on the website.
- Cleared CMOS.
