Problem Aorus B450 Elite does not start and returns CPU and DRAM LEDs

Hi, I have a Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite board that I was recently using and working. I changed it for a B550 and this same one I kept it. When I tried it again, since I was going to sell it, I find that it does not boot, nor gives image, the only thing it does is what you can see in the video I share. I have tried removing BIOS stack, different CPU and RAM, but this nothing, this is still giving the same signals from the LEDs.
Has it happened to anyone something similar?
Thanks in advance :)

Can you tell us more about the system? Which CPU, RAM & Graphics card are you sing?

Which video?

Which video?
Sorry, the video is as follows:
Video
The CPUs I tested were the 3600 and a 2400g.
RAM the Corsair LPX at 3200Mhz.
For graphics, in the case of the 3600, an Rx 580.

In which slots did you put the memory? What do you mean removing the BIOS stack? Bios battery?

Can you make a photo of the motherboard?

Exactly, the battery is a BIOS reset.
I tried in all the memory slots and nothing, still had the same failure as seen in the video.
Here is a picture of the board: Board image

Just removing the battery is not the correct way. You always must short the pins in the battery holder if you are doing this method otherwise there is a small chance CMOS will not be properly cleared when putting the battery back.

The correct way is to short the pins for 2 seconds which I have marked in the photo.

Can you make a new picture with everything is installed on the motherboard and you still have the issue? An empty motherboard doesn't tell us anything.

I tried what you told me, but it still does the same as shown in the video.
Here is the image with what I am testing now: Motherboard Image
The processor is a 2400g and the RAM, a Corsair Vengance Pro at 3000mhz. The graphics card, the same as the processor.
The power supply is one that I have at home from a previous computer I had. I could not tell you the brand, because the sticker came off and was lost. Anyway, this is not the error, since I tried with others and the same thing happened.

Try with the single stick of ram in slot 1 closest to the cpu socket

Was the Ryzen 2400G working before on this motherboard? It could be this bios version doesn't support this processor.

¿Funcionaba antes el Ryzen 2400G en esta placa base? Podría ser que esta versión de BIOS no sea compatible con este procesador.
According to the list of compatible CPUs, the 2400g is compatible with this motherboard.
