Help on undervolt with ThrottleStop

I have a non-K i7-4790 and I need to undervolt it to lower its temperatures, the question is that in ThrottleStop I lower the CPU Core with an offset of -110mV and everything works correctly. I tested it with prime95 and without any problem 0 BSOD errors or in the prime95 errors, now my question is if I should change something else like cpu cache or igpu cache (although I don't use this one at all since I have a 4GB 1050ti so the igpu is disabled)

The problem is that I live in Cuba and I can't afford a better heatsink now :(

I had it with the turbo boost disabled which lowered me around 10 degrees but I decided to undervolt it and right now it has the same performance but with 10-15 degrees less, but I don't know whether to adjust the cache offset as well or leave the core offset alone

maybe then just lower the clock? I have sh1tbook Asus TUF with 4/8 i5-10300H, it's just burning with Turbo On when I game, and UV is locked lol, tried PL (idiots from Asus got it over default Intel 45W for the crappy heatsink lmfao), but still have had crashes lol, so finally like I wanted initially disabled turbo and temps are fkin low now and cpu pwoer is still enough for me as GPU there is laughy 1650...

also, when I've built PCs for clients who can't afford/don't want spend on any cooler, I've just disabled turbo on all cpus starting from 4/8, just to prevent throttling or troubles when PC isn't cleaned from dust after some time. never have had any issues lol. of course when it was not "gaming" PCs lol.

Likewise, I had my CPU, with the boost tube disabled, but right now I undervolted it with the throttlestop and it is stable and I lowered the temps a lot without having to disable the turbo and lose those 200 MHz. My only question is if I should lower the CPU cache. also or just the cpu core as I have it right now since in all the throttlestop guides that I have seen on the internet so far they change both things but I don't know

if it's stable and temps are good i wouldn't bother anything more.
