Valorant feels different every day ?

There's a noticeable difference in my gaming experience in Valorant when I change accounts or even when there's no change. Sometimes the game feels great, but other times it feels like my mouse isn't responding properly, almost sluggish. I've attempted traditional fixes without conclusive results. I'm sure there's no issue with my internet connection.
Here are the steps I've taken:
  • I confirmed there are no issues with the graphics card driver,
  • I observed that changing the Windows version had no impact,
  • I made changes to the processor and RAM,
  • I switched my internet and modem.

I've tried all in-game settings and sought help from experts. Please refrain from suggesting cliché solutions, as I've tried them all, and I'm confident there's a specific issue at hand. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Do all the usb ports feel the same?
On that board my bet would be attaching the mouse solely to the black ones and restricting anything else to the blue ones.

And can you manage to stay in the green for a minute in idle?:

Do you usually need longer to find hickkups?
How long do you recon he can run it without going into the red?
With the hardware choices at hand I did bet on seconds rather than mintues.

Have the thing running while playing the actual game. It's surely better than sitting staring at it for 1 minute when idling.

Also, OP why do you have Nvidia processes running if you're on AMD?

Additionally, are you running the game with Vsync ON?

Usually latency testing is done on cold boot after 5 minutes to let Windows settle down all its background tasks. And yeah, you run it for 5 minutes at minimum without touching anything. Running it during gameplay, however, is not that useful for many reasons, like the fact that hardware is not in an idle state which skewers latency results lower by default. Even at idle on a system that isn’t ruthlessly optimized for latency with BIOS tweaks and no power saving options (which isn’t actually that useful, contrary to what some believe) you will see the Kernel spiking from time to time because Windows.
And I don’t see any NV processes in his screenshots?
