Dead CPU or motherboard problem.

In the case of video cards, OTOH, I would reseat the video card, been having that issue with my Asus socket 1366 motherboards for some reason, especially my GTX 970, IIRC.

Looks more like you need another motherboard though!

Did you update the BIOS to the latest version ? https://www.asus.com/supportonly/prime b350-plus/helpdesk_bios/
If you still have the old CPU, put it back in, install the latest BIOS in the link above then put the 4500 back in and it should work.

Thats a bit extreme lol. Probably just need to update the BIOS. I would put the old CPU back in and if all is good update the BIOs and try again.
Update: Or motherboard problem.

I don't have a displaycable
He didnt say display port, you probably use a HDMI cable.

If you connect it to the onboard graphics, you wont get an image if the systems running off the dedicated card now.

Post clear photos of the assembled system, starting with a shot that shows the insides of the PC clearly

R5 4500 needs bios 6042 (2022/05/12)

These and other, are important hardware details to provide when posting in a forum regarding such issues.

CLR CMOS, put back old APU, update the bios.
CLR CMOS again and put back the R5 4500.

Did you use something like DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to get rid of the old drivers before you put the new GPU in?

It looks like that's Ryzen 5 4500, but not 4500G, there's no IGP anymore.

Same problem in the end, yes i could have worded that post better.

If theres no IGP in the CPU, connecting to those connections gives no signal.
