Hello,
I recently bought ryzen 7 5800x3d cpu and I want to use Precision Boost Overdrive 2 for undervolting, but I can't enable it is BIOS settings. I use ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II, I have the latest bios and all latest drivers. I found Precision boost overdrive, but I can only change power limits, there is no curve optimizer settings. In ryzen master curve optimizer control is turned off and I can't change it

Some motherboard don't have Curve Optimizer or PBO control for 5800X3D since OCing the 5800X3D wasn't officially supported when it released. You can try with PBO2 Tuner from PJVol over at overclock .net forums. I'm not sure if attaching the .zip file with "unknown" executables is going to be frowned upon by mods, but you can google the download link.

You’ve solved your issue but just out of curiosity… When in BIOS, do you have the option to enable PBO in Advanced mode?

Advanced tab -> AMD CBS -> NBIO Common Options -> XFR Enchancement -> Accepted
You can also use search option (F9)

I don’t have an ASUS board but if CurveOptimizer is to be found somewhere should be (if exists) in the “AI Tweaker” tab by selecting “Advanced” on the first setting of Precision Boost Overdrive

Like the screenshot below (not mine) on the first (top) setting. Instead of manual you select advanced.
