I updated the Gigabyte X670E Master to AMD AGESA 1.1.0.2 b. To my surprise 8000 MT/s boots now. Before 7600 MT/s took a bunch of voltage fiddling to get it to boot. With just XMP / EXPO it is really fast to boot (under 30 seconds), but isn't fully stable. Fails y-cruncher, but I can still do most daily things. Next step is to start making voltage adjustments and see where it takes me.
Good job AMD in continue to improve the memory support. I really thought we wouldn't see 8000 MT/s on 4-slot MBs until next CPU.

Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB OC to 6200 (1:1 FCLK 2066) + Tweaks vs EXPO 8000 (Stock). It took SOC 1.3 and CPU_VDDIO_MEM 1.4, GDM enabled and Ratio 2:1 to get it stable. This is also the max the motherboard would allow. If the 8000 kit was tweaked like the 6200 ones, it may match the performance. Still not worth pushing those voltages just for gaming.
