Thanks, yes I was thinking about KabelDirekt too. I also added another link that was previously wrong. The Maxonar is also "in wall" certified and that would be my use case. Is this certification important?

No, not really. Just the HDMI Forum certification is.

I asked because the wall cable specifications indicate a high operating temperature and higher resistance to current. I wouldn't want to have problems with overheating during use or worse, a fire. Are these real risks or are these extreme cases and a bit of marketing?

I believe them to be on the extreme case scenario, to be entirely honest with you.
