Radeon RX 580 series crashing games/system/fps problems

Hello, im not rly good with graphics cards, i bought this card and i had problems with it from the beggining, once it was cracked so i send it back and i got a new one, second one broke after 2 months, so i send it back again, the third one was ok but sometimes i had slow downs in games, but i was not wery concern about it, but now when waranty is over i have a lot of problems with it, so lets say im playing a game, cyberpunk, for around 20 minutes its working great, then a big slow comming it, around 5 to 10 fps for about 10 seconds, after that game works great for one minute, after one minute game freeze for another 10 sec, after that its starting to loop (20 min ok 5to10fps one minute freze) it can happen in any game, some games crashes, palworld have 50% crash after the freeze, forza horizon 5 works the worst, almost always crashes, even in the old prince of persia WW i have the same effect, sometimes card just turn itself off, black screen like pc is off but sound is still there.

Can you tell us more about the current RX580 card? Which brand, part number. Does it overheat? Which temperatures do you get while gaming?
Do you need to run third party tools like "AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher" to install the drivers?

Its Radeon DUAL RX 580-08G ASUS, temps are 40c in idle and playing arond 70c with cyberpunk i had around 55c playing PoP WW , im using AMD software: PRO Edition, on old pc i had Adrealin Edition but that did not change anything.

Bios of the card is orginal? Can you share the output of GPU-Z?

I would to return the card since the memory isn't properly cooled and likely the cause of your problem.

GDDR5 has memory error correcting features. If you get memory errors it will try to correct those errors at the price of performance.
At a certain point it will not be able to correct those errors and the game and/or system might crash.

As @VuurVOS already told you, ASUS had some flaws in PCB design.
So there are some video cards models that does not have a proper memory cooling solution.
I attach a picture from one of my cards to see what i mean.

Im not fully sure but i think i have some kind radiator there.
But yea when i touch above its hotter tahn center of the card where the processor is.

Do you think if i rebuild cooling for it, will it work better ? or is this just crap card ?

That is a heatsink on the VRM. The problem is located in the yellow part. Card is busted.
Return and ask for a refund since this is a know issue for Asus cards.

Hello, it has been a some time, i repleaced cooling in the card and somehow it works fine now, temps are 25c - 45c and crashes calmed down, sometimes they happen but they are rare now.

Hello.
As @VuurVOS and myself told you already, we think that the card is somehow broken. Remember that a long period of memory chips abuses, would lead to a fatal destiny.
So, if you have a working card, we are glad, but be aware that the time when it works could be shorter then you expect.
So keep your eyes open for the signs.

yea but you know, varanty ended half a year ago and dont have money for a new one so im trying to keep this one alive lets see how long it will las, thanks guys for showing me what to look in the future.

And a piece of advise if i may: Please use a software solution to underclock it.

Gotta be careful with some of those memory chips not just because ASUS but seems to be a thing on most of the coolers no matter the brand. One of them will look leaky/burned because of poor contact or similar. My advice: Overclock/Underclock. Try keeping regular desktop use below 144Hz if possible. You might need to try this:

How did you managed to get only 7W power consumption ? i have 25W on idle jumping to 40+ and more

It's probably because your default refresh speed is greater than 120Hz.

When my full screen is on these forums the utility is 7-8W.
When I pull up two streams in full screen the utiliy shoots up to 12-16W.
More frames, more power. I don't need to default 144Hz 100% of the time.
It's troublesome but I also need to unlearn those defaults for filming reasons.

Sadly my RX 580 is piece of $%^& repleacing to Sapphire Radeon RX 6600 Pulse 8GB GDDR6
