I assume you already did bios on mobo, did you also set msi mode (dl msi util v3 here) on your gpu and have resizeable bar enabled? Not sure for amd gpu but setting control flow guard to off (search exploit protection in windows search bar) might help as well.

My system will micro stutter from time to time, but only after the driver crashed. Which it has done a few times during undervolting/OC the card. A reboot wouldnt fix it, had to use DDU and reinstall the driver. Fixed it everytime.

@redc0de
did you get it "fixed"?
i would see if stock ram settings are "stable" (HCI 16005 or so),
then test AMP setting to verify its not from (probably) wrong (voltage) settings.
my +300$ Gb decided to do oc of the BLCK on auto setting, as well as applying too high of soc (on auto).

besides that, probably the psu, maybe HAGS in win.
latest Nv drivers also seem to have fixed/improved stutter.

@danc
its 3200 MHz for all, as amd considers anything above an "oc", no matter what model.

has nothing to do with what the cpu can actually do, or what is common.
ignoring 3600/1800 is still the best spot for perf/price ratio,
and i cant remember any review of 3 or 5 series, that wasnt using those for testing/unable to run that.

ignoring proper boards have no trouble with 4266 (DR) and 5300 MHz (SR), as longa the cpu lottery allows it.
I've sent the CPU and they send it back but after so many things turns out to be the Power Supply - so whoever said it was a Powersupply issue got it totally right I'm going to order a new power supply but there's only few options to get because i can't order from Amazon and ofc I have to pay a bit more here in my country but anyway guys i'll appreciate if you give me a choice between these power supplies that i am going to post here:

What should I pick between these?
I was thinking to go with Asus Rog Strix 1000W - it's 1000W and in the future if i upgrade my graphic card might be useful! But as for now with my spec what you guys would you reccomend?

by the time you "might" need to upgrade the psu, you might have different connectors/standards,
and get one thats supporting it natively.

I'm from Kosovo

Why would you prefeer Corsair RMX over Asus rog strix 1000W Gold? TBH both of these got the same price!

Is it more quieter? I'd prefeer something that is more quieter tbh because the one that I have now is super loud and that's the only thing that making my PC loud af other then that my PC is super quiet.

I've seen that the Asus Rog Strix 1000W got extra heatsink that will keep the power supply more quieter! Please explain if you could. Thank you

im running my rig 50cm away from my head on the desk, and its inaudible at idle/lower load (surfing/streaming).
using the RMx myself, never heard it, even when gamin, and im using "throttled" fans,
with temps going up, rather than having fan "noise"

do like Asus stuff myself, but with others like Asrock/Msi offering "better/more" features at similar prices,
i switched, and recently even my (kind of hardcore) Asus "preferred" friend, isnt willing to pay the asus "tax" anymore.
and iirc, they dont make the psu themselves..

My wife has an RM850x and I have a HX850. Both are extremely quiet and hold heavy loads perfectly. (14900k and 6950XT, 5950x and 7900XTX respectively)

At least at the time of me looking for a different unit (that pairs "well" with the transient load of my 2080S),
seasonic as well as evga had some not so good units, and it didnt make sense to shell out way more for higher end units,
as well as i didnt like the 0-fan mode some units have on low load, as i prefer some air exhausting,
so i dont draw unfiltered air into the case, and the RMx has a switch.
but thats now +2y ago, and i havent checked recent reviews.

i know superflower would be another decent option.
while not impacting quality much, i would still prefer plat 750 over (same brand) gold 1000w,
unless your really planning on a (massive) upgrade down the road, but brands have different makers,
and "quality" might not be equally comparable.

@redc0de
just to rehash: you have tried win 11 settings regarding HAGS/memory/vrr?

after recent update, Nv fixed "stutter" experienced by some, and after a cleaning chipset/gpu drivers,
i now have now trouble, even if (benches) go down to 20fps, and thats on a "dirty" win carryover
from previous (Gb) board..

I haven't no.. at the beginning i was sus about cpu then i returned it back to amd they return it back to me same one saying it's fine i mean it hits the score of 29K almost in cinebench then anyway i got lost literally didn't know what to do else but one day i said let me monitor the gpu what's happening and then I've seen a thing where the gpu was 100% ult and when the stutter happened it went to 0% so i've got three gpu for the moment tried with them as well saw that the psu is not giving them the power that they require at the moment like it goes from 100% to 0% for a sec then jumps back in again at 100% or 99% so when it goes to 0% that sec it's when the stutter happens so it's def the PSU.. it's a shit brand anyway that's the only thing that i've got old when i upgraded my PC i thought it was fine until i started to read stuff because i wasn't much into computer kinda a rookie until I found this forum started to read more and more and got a lot knowledge more than I've had in the past. For a rookie like me I thought PSU doesn't play a big role but damn sure it does, it's one of the main part, I mean logically it's the one comp whose powering the PC... Well dumb me, I am so thankful for this forum so many helpful people around here, and wish u guys the best and a big thanks to everyone who helped.

So hello guys, back again with another problem!

I just got this PC , all parts brand new

ASUS ROG STRIX B550 - F GAMING WIFI II - MOTHERBOARD
CORSHAIR VENGEANCE - 32GB - 3600 MHZ
CPU: 5950X
COOLER: DEEPCOOL LS720
GPU: RTX 6800

and all of a sudden I started to recognize that my mouse is freezing out of nowhere only when i move it around of desktop it doesn't do it for a long time but its like 1 sec 2 and it happens every 2-3 hours prob but , then i have this issue in games also as well like microstuttering fps drops in a second then bounces back, exactly like this video down here:

Very confusing..

It was working all good and then just it started to show this issue out of nowhere,

When I do the benchmark the score of cinebench goes up to 28K and the temperatures are all fine as it comes to CPU! I also did the update of the bios when i put all the parts together so the bios is all fine the latest one!
The ram is in D.O.C.P, I tried to put it manually put down the mhz to 3200 from 3600 still the same.

GPU temps all fine - gpu seems to work all good
I installed every GPU driver after wiping it twice from the beginning all the right ones same
Installed the CHIP drivers any driver in the MB site all good the latest..
I tried to update every driver - did a fresh install after cleaning the disk twice - tried without any app installed - still the same...
I did a Ram Memory test to find any problem ... and still nope nothing coming up all fine!
I also run two monitors Alienwares 27 both of them 240hz, I turned off the SYNC - Turned ON still the same

I never reset CMOS tho but that's what I heard might fix the issue, but some of them people say that' didnt fix the issue as well, and I doubt it but im going to try..

This got me very confusing because it was working all great and i actually was very happy with every part of it but yeah shit happens so I just want to know is there anything else I could do to try to fix this shit - or is it a cpu problem or should i return something...

Thank you, I would appreciate your help!
I have a very similar setup and I really thought I had a bad CPU and I was about to RMA it because of WHEA error 20s I would keep getting. Then I switched to dual-rank Samsung B-Die and I tightened the timings using the Ryzen RAM timings calculator and my stutter/fps drop went away and my CPU is running with full stability at 3600 MT/s 1:1 with the FCLK. I gave up on trying to raise the FCLK it's simply not worth it in my case.
I cannot recommend this Ryzen timings calculator enough, it really could help you with the stutter.

The other thing I want to mention that may have also helped stabilize my system is that I used ryzen master and let it set the EDC PPT and TDC stuff because my system may have become unstable when I set that to "Motherboard Limits". I also want to emphasize that I am not longer using Current Limits of 130% on the SOC, only for the core but not the SOC. I may have gotten a flimsier SOC. Not sure, but the point is that my system is perfectly stable now without stutter.
