Just finished
Need for Speed Most Wanted (the one by Criterion, 2013) on PC.
Already done it on PS3 and found it good, replayed a bit on PC, 5 or 4 years ago and found it boring.
Another chance and found it OK
It's a odd entry for the serie, no cars to purchase, they're parked around the town, jump in and drive the one you want.
The goal is to defeat the 10 most wanted racers. When you've got enough SP point (by doing races or destroying billboads / fences, or simply doing some objectives), you can defy one.
A one on one race, and when defeat the guy, you have to ram into his car to obtain it.
Of course the Police will watch and chase you.
It adds some pepper to the race, the Police is uber aggressive ! There some goods moments, racing fast, Police rams from every sides, very intense..
Can be hair pulling too, sometimes a little bump and there you crash into a wall.
You can upgrade the car, but again no money, so all you have to do is wining normal races, each win give you an upgrade : mixed tyres, long or short gearbox ...
You can upgrade again with a Pro version by doing some objectives : crash 10 Police cars, drive some miles offroad ...
Of course it's an Burnout game with beautiful licensed cars, it's a Criterion game after all.
As usual the sounds are among the best for a racing game.

My favorite car ever made : the Lexus LF-A. You can see there is a night / day cycle in the game

Selling a Nissan GT-R, low mileage, almost in good shape.

While a bit simple, graphics are still good with the help of many effects / particles and honest textures (for a 10 years game)
