how can i connect this little passive sub to a very simple stereo amp

hello everyone.

i have a very simple stereo setup here and now i wanted to connect a passive sub to it

the amp im using basically looks like this:

i have 3 different pairs of speakers that are all twisted together and wired into the speaker connectors from the amp like this:

now i want to connect this sub (samsung ps-wdg36) into this setup, it only has inputs and no outputs:

my idea was to respectively merge the + and - from left and right from the amp together and put them into the sub like this:

or take the + and - from one pair of the speakers and lead that into the sub like this:

would this work or would it cause any short circuits or other unwanted effects that could potentially damage the amp or the other speakers?

what else would be the best way to connect that sub to that setup?

You can't crosswire things like that.

You should get an active frequency crossover and a separate amp for the woofer.

what about something like that high-low adapter?

could i put that onto the speaker connectors and wire the sub behind it?

Get/make a bass passive filter like this

Only disavantage is using a single channel

i only know it as high low converter, found in a youtube vid:

That hi to low converter will make more issues than fix.

how can i split / couple the cinches coming from the low band amp into + and - that connect to the sub?

because in the end i get four braids with two cinches but i only need two?

could i merge it with these two? going cinch to jack and then jack to + / -?

You can't merge with plain cables like that.

from source you will need a jack to RCA (jack or what ever plug you have there)

on main amp you will need a RCA splittter

and for the sub amp RCA to RCA

make sure the cables are audio/coaxial and not signal ones

but the sub doesnt have an rca connector. its only two braids of + and -.

would need to go from the cinch output of the hi low conv to the + and - cable braids input of the sub.

maybe i could go cinch to rca and from rca to cable braids:

you will need a sub amp, this way low signal is coaxial/RCA and hi power is using regular wires

for this second option

or you can find a amp with hi power input beside the RCA input

Now you only have to match speaker power and impedance with amp.
