I heard about this today, on my drive home. I definitly will skip Harborfest to go here.

J Lab, as we call it, is a particle accelerator facility, and you are invited!

And a bunch of civilians. I only saw one disgruntled mom that didnt want to be there. Poor kids were at an interactive booth, in the shade, and mom wanted to go look at a art piece. Granted, it was a cool art sculpture, but let the kids play science!
