Good evening, everyone.
I wanted to ask you a question. Currently, I have the following confg:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x3d
Motherboard: B550M PRO VDH WI-FI
RAM: 32GB 3200MHz
GPU: GTX 1660 OC
Storage: 1 x M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB + 1 x SATA SSD 1TB
AirCooler: DeepCool Ag400 ARGB 120MM
Fans: 7 ARGB 120MM fans
Monitor: LG 144hz 27' 1080p.
Power Supply: 600W Gold *As I live in Brazil, here we have several good quality national products with affordable prices, so the power supply was approved as if it were cybenetics, using the same methods. This power supply is more like platinum efficiency than gold*
I am interested in replacing my graphics card because my GTX 1660 is already showing signs of wear. Since I prioritize longevity, I want to avoid graphics cards with 8GB of VRAM, such as the 4060, 4060 ti, and RX 7600. Therefore, I am considering an RX 7700 XT or an RX 6750 XT due to the price (in Brazil) and the amount of video memory. These cards have an average power consumption of 200W to 260W, similar to the RTX 3070
I heard from some channels and people on Reddit that a 600W power supply would easily support these cards, however, it was never very clear, as some people talk about 750W to 850W, which doesn't make much sense to me, "techpowerup" mentioned in their reviews that a 550W power supply would be sufficient for an RX 7700 XT and a 600W one for the RX 6750 XT.
My current GTX 1660 OC consumes a maximum of 125W in games like Metro Exodus, where the game's power limit is quite high. I don't really believe that an increase of 125 ~ 135W will make much difference, but it's always good to have a second opinion. I did some simulations on the OuterVision® Power Supply Calculator site, but I'm not sure if they are reliable. These were the results:

Load Wattage: 460 W ~ 470 W
Recommended UPS rating: 1000 VA
Recommended PSU Wattage: 510 ~ 520 W
