Hello everyone,

I have this gpu GV-N105TD5-4GD, GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti D5 4G rev1.1, where GPU-Z sais that is UEFI compatible, but only works when I turn on the CSM mode in the board:

I know that is a old card, but want to know if there is a fix or trick for that issue.

See yaa...

Looks like a bad VBIOS. Where did you buy it from? There are many fake GTX 1050 tis out there. Actually it's the most sold fake GPU!

What exactly happens when you plug it with CSM disabled? From my experience disabling CSM may somehow affetc iGPU vs pcie card priorities, maybe motherbard tries somehow preferes iGPU in this case?

Also, if it doesn;t show picture immediately after power on - would it show еру picture in a minute when windows boots? One of the behaviour variants of the the GPUs without UEFI is "no picture until windows boots and loads driver".

The VBIOS version looks like ok, so it doesn't look like a fake GPU. And I don't think a 1050ti VBIOS without proper UEFI support was ever produced. You can try to reflash it again from https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/195549/gigabyte-gtx1050ti-4096-170623-1

What motherboard do you have? Have you updated the motherboard bios?

Before you do any gpu bios updates, please re-open GPU-Z, click the Black Arrow next to the UEFI Checkbox, and attempt to upload the bios to the VGA Bios Collection, you should get a prompt that the bios is already in the database with a link to it, copy and padte that link here, I'd like to study some values of it.

Hello Again,

Before all, thanks for the reply.

After turn on and turn off various times CSM in the motherboard, the GPU boot in UEFI mode correctly.

I think that the problem was the motherboard after all.

See yaa...
