Highly unlikely.it keeps ignoring the limits
maybe its an error from throttlestop?
the average power consumption is lower but the spikes still hitting 80 - 90 wattsCheck "Disable Turbo" on the left.
I didn't use techpoweup for a while, I didn't know there was a section for throttlestop, thank you very muchHighly unlikely.
I have requested this be moved by a Mod to the correct Throttlestop section so the author of that software can have a look at the issue.

Click FIVR, unlock voltage control and undervolt it. Start small, like -5 to -10mV on adaptive voltage

After you check the Short Power PL2 Clamp box, attach a log file if you are still having problems.
The log is very useful. Instead of posting an image of a log file, just attach the log file in its original .txt format. That makes it easier to scroll through the whole thing.i hope the log is useful.

i disabled more data and the readings are normal now, but now it turned off completely, I think it's some damage to my cpuThe log is very useful. Instead of posting an image of a log file, just attach the log file in its original .txt format. That makes it easier to scroll through the whole thing.
The log file shows that the 60W power limit is being enforced the majority of the time. Try checking the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window like I previously suggested. Also check the Lock box in the Power Limit Controls section. Locking both the MMIO and MSR limits might help fix the problem.
Do not check the More Data box when logging data. Power consumption is not read directly from the CPU. When you increase the monitoring frequency and shorten the amount of time that power consumption data is calculated, you will end up with a larger amount of error. The 100W peak for 1/8th of a second looks mostly like monitoring error to me.

disable turbo or/and disable HT. You may laugh but laptop has bad cooling so it's stupid to think that powerful multicore CPU will push the limits like desktop one with big tower cooler or AIO.View attachment 356627View attachment 356626
i need help, i have a unlocked bios so, i can search some options in it.
120 watts are unsustainable for my laptop
