Is this high as I've seen talks about 1.1V being more acceptable.

Yes, how about try a negative offset of 0.05v & see where it goes? I'm not sure of default voltages on some boards but that's even higher than the 5800x I seem to be tuning every week :shadedshu:

It's at 0.95v for comparison.

Running it at a slightly lower voltage than board's default.

I use adaptive + offset which lowers it considerably, at least on x570 MAG.

I've had it at 1.1V on mine. I don't use the iGPU so your mileage may vary.

1.3V VSOC seemed to be a common default if you have A-XMP enabled - Which is still way too high for no real purpose. Not sure about EXPO myself.

It should be under OC menu in advanced mode. CPU NB/SoC Voltage.

Back up your current settings into a profile and start over, maybe? It's not locked on mine...There should be another setting under the "AMD overclocking" menu. MSI's BIOS menu is kind of messy and confusing.

Also it would appear there's something weird going on with that board.

All I've changed is expo, nothing to backup.

Might update the bios, but I don't like beta's.
