I have bought a used ASUS dual 3060Ti but I can't find anything about it's BIOS version. The version is 94.04.94.00.85, card is working around 80°C at load and 35-50°C idle and it's under warranty. What do you guys suggest?

I have seen this, so is my bios not authentic?
Your screen shots and the bios linked match in version. Looks authentic to me.

So that wouldn't be a problem if I send the card to warranty to get thermal pads and paste replaced?
No? Why would it? Consumers aren’t even expected to know what a bios version is. If you need to RMA the card RMA it.

You could replace the thermal pads and paste yourself. I understand if you don't want to or are uncomfortable; just letting you know your legal rights. They can't void the warranty by you replacing pads and paste, unless you do something in the process in error which damages the card.

So do they accept RMA's for cards with warranty sticker damaged?

You're using an ancient GPU-Z version. Download the latest one, and check again. ;)

I was actually using the latest one and I couldn't start it because of something that I couldn't solve. I can only open this version.

Then don't make assumptions about your GPU's BIOS. This old version clearly doesn't even know your card. ;)

By the way, just click the "update now" button, download the installer and run it. What could go wrong?

I have seen some BIOS versions made just for mining so maybe that would be a problem about it. I don't even know if mining cancels out warranty... I can't update it thru the app, it directs me to the download page for the latest version.

Run the latest version if GPU-Z and post a screenshot here as the screenshot you posted above shows that the "older version" of GPU-Z does not know the GPU !

What brand / model of motherboard you got this GPU in and how much RAM has it got (the motherboard) ?

Post a screenshot of Device Manager here too showing the GPU like below so we can see how Windows is detecting it.

What does "insufficient system resources" mean?

This is an annoying error that occurs while launching or installing an application or opening a folder. It is a memory-related issue caused by an insufficient memory pool, a fault with the system memory, or some other issue like out dated drivers.

Time to start looking to see if there are problems with the hardware and / or drivers for all the hardware, this includes motherboard drivers.

So do they accept RMA's for cards with warranty sticker damaged?
They have to (assuming you are in the US or EU [Canada?, others?, not sure]). In many places it is illegal for them to enforce that sticker. That sticker is an intimidation tactic and they have already received government warning to knock it off.

In many places, you have the right to repair a product you purchased, and as long as your repair can't be proven to cause damage/fault, the warranty must be unaffected. This is good for consumers and good for reducing waste.
