My RX 470 4gb MINING EDITION unstable during the game

I just bought a rx 470, when i benchmark with furmark during the bench the gpu just fine the gpu always load above 95%, the maximum temperature is about 80-85°c and use 120w. But when i play some game like fallout 4 the fps is unstable, gpu sometime load 100% and sometime load 0%, the tempature just 50-60°c and use only 50w. I use the latest driver and amd andrenaline , in device manager the driver just fine and don't have any yellow triangle PLEASE I NEED HELP!

Fallout 4 is gonna stutter on these specs regardless. It runs poorly on Radeon and your machine is equivalent from a low-end i5 from 11 years ago, again, with a GPU that is roughly equivalent to a GTX 970 at best - so midrange card from also 10 years ago. Slow DDR3 and not enough of it.

Your hardware is working as intended. It's just too slow to handle this game correctly. Future advice: avoid mining cards in the future, you're lucky yours works at all - and refrain from installing these snake oil "gaming" OS mods like Ameliorated or Atlas OS. They're invariably going to cause problems (unrelated to this particular issue).
