Hello, I'm showing you my stable CPU settings i have absolutely no problems is it safe to undervolt my cpu that much?

The CPU core and cache voltages are synced internally. It is OK to set the core offset request higher than the cache but you will reach a point where going any higher will not improve performance and it will not improve temperatures. The cache undervolt is the important one. If the cache is stable at -135 mV then setting the core any greater than about -225 mV will be ignored by the CPU. That means any excess when setting the core to -300 mV or -400 mV or -1000 mV will be ignored.

Use Cinebench when testing. It shows the best results with a difference of about -75 mV. You do not need to set a sky high core undervolt after that but it will not hurt anything if you do. The 8th Gen CPUs with 4 cores like you have loved a good undervolt. They could run reasonably cool at full load with no thermal throttling or power limit throttling.

thanks for the detailed info i listened to you about the -75mV difference rule previous settings i got a score of 2030pts cinebench r20 which new one i get 2023 cpu core -250mV cache -175mV
i play heavy games and i don't get high temperatures of 76-79c cpu load 80-90% game title Battlefield2042 all cpus 3900mhz

I would set the cache back to -135 mV. I do not know why you increased that one so much when your computer was working fine before. Your computer is not running too hot so you do not need to undervolt so much. These settings should be fine,

-125 mV to -135 mV for the cache
-175 mV to -200 mV for the core

with these settings my score is lower on cinebench and my temperatures are 3-4c higher from 2030pts to 1988pts

-150mV cache
-225mV cpu
is my sweet spot for my laptop
2035pts Cinebench R20 during test max temp 74c
