E & P cores in 12th+ Intel CPUs

System Name D30 w.2x E5-2680; T5500 w.2x X5675;2x P35 w.X3360; 2x Q33 w.Q9550S/Q9400S & laptops.
Hope you are all doing well. I have a question here about using E & P cores in 12th+ Intel CPUs (maybe it is also in AMD / ARM E & P cores): how do you disable the going into E mode & not using E cores?

As you can see, my BOINC when minimized is not using E cores, only P cores. How does somebody control this "green feature" in CPUs? To answer already, I have tired already to use

So if BOINC is minimized, all E cores do not work. How did anyone of you fix that with BOINC?

Also, system is Windows 11. BOINC is v8.0.2 x64.

I would think it's in the Bionic settings. The E cores are designed for low workload tasks like Windows background stuff. It's dong exactly that.
