RTX HDR is not enabled on HDR screen

Hello. I just wanted to try RTX HDR but when I enabled on Nvidia App there's a error message appeared ''there was a problem applying to setting'' anyone has encountered this problem and solved? If so could you help me?

First of all, what screen are you using? Second, does it have a toggle for HDR somewhere within its settings?

Generally speaking, you must enable HDR both on your screen and on your PC.

I have LG 27GN600-B currently also its my main monitor so I have no other monitor and I enabled HDR on Windows already.

He meant to make sure it's enabled in the monitor's OSD if needed.
Since you already have it enabled in windows, this isn't needed.

Have you turned off Auto HDR in windows?

Oh sorry for misunderstanding I already enabled HDR on my monitor also I don't use Auto HDR feature on Windows and I noticed I can enable RTX HDR on Nvidia App only in game optimization panel so this issue I lived happening only when I wanted to open it in global Nvidia App settings.
