I make too many game specific threads on TPU asking about a game or game series before wringing my hands some more until I get tired of worrying the matter or just buy it.

Reviews and/or benchmarking videos can also lead to new discoveries, I don't usually check gameplay videos but from benchmarking videos I've seen footage from games I've later purchased.

So how do i get my games? well:

More seriuosly, i get my games from differente places/ways.

1. I all ways have my eyes out for free games. So i often tjeck free game thread here and other places i know like epic store and steam.

2. if i want a game, i often google to find the cheapest key aviable. Mostly i end up at G2A.com or cdkeys.com. from there i buy keys to steam, Ubisoft connect, Origin (EA), gog.com, Epic and rockstar launcher.

3. If i am out for new hardware mostly GPU, i often look out for gpu bundle with a game i maybe like or want any way.

4. some times i look at forums sales places as people at times has game keys for sale cheaper than in stores.

That´s mostly how i get my games. Believe it or not, but i have never got a game from steam directly, as often steam games is more exspensive than other places i look.

You suggest a trade on barter.vg , if other person approves...you exchange the keys, as you agreed & confirm the trade is done correctly.

I dont play new games anymore. (Except Rise/Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

Most games i buy are from recycling stores, and they have a Single Player.

Found a great site, for adding FREEware games...it might take some time to do it, but it is totally automatic...& it is done through trusted site of SteamDB...not to write anything further, here is the link:

Its a great source because you get the non-media insight on how games are perceived. Often opens doors.
