If you tighten a waterblock too much can it cause issues?
I'm on my backup intel system till I can figure out what problem with ryzen system. It doesnt bsod or anything like that. Programs will randomly give errors when launching like relating to memory issues or get corrupted. I swapped different ram and stuff still happened. I'm using my old m.2 drive I thought was bad and it works on z390 board perfectly. maybe ryzen board is bad idk.
