I have Helios 300 2019 (PH315-52)
i7-9750H CPU
1660ti GPU
32GB Ram

Couple of days ago i corrupted my laptop bios. (I reason i corrupted my bios was i was using unlocked bios and undervolting my cpu. but i set the value too high and it no longer booted. I had backup of my original bios which i used for flashing. later i double flashed bios from the acer official site.)

But my Nvidia GPU is not working anymore

I might have damaged the winbond chip containing the gpu data while trying to desolder it (thought that it was the bios chip)

Just flash your original laptop BIOS from backup and you'll be fine - graphics card (1660Ti) BIOS is contained within.

I dont understand why people flash the mobile bios to begin with, there is nothing to be gained from doing it.
