unplayable mouse problem

hi i have a g203 mouse and its stuttering like crazy and i tried those solutions:
1 restart pc
2 uninstalling mouse from device manger
3 updating driver
4 installing g hub
5 unplug it
6 try another usb ports
7 upgrading to windows 11 (i was devastated)

so any solutions.......please

edit: i added a video how the cursor moves like as a zip file because the website doesn't accept video attachment

Flip it over and clean the sensor, dont use a reflective surface, try a different mouse

You can try to lower the polling/reporting/rate, if you exceed 1000, sometimes stuttering may occur, try to lower it to 250 Hz. Or you can try to look for workarounds.

In hardware properties, man some old tweaks never die it seems, like no drive type autorun in 98, that tweak still works in 11.

I had the same problem for 2 logitech mice. My solution? Bought a Glorious model D wired. Perfect.

yes i tried and the same problem still

i tried it on a laptop and it worked fine

specs:

windows 11 pro 23h2

i5-12400f
gpu gtx 1060 6gp
ddr4 16gp
asus prime h610m-e d4

No damaged USB ports
no the motherboard is brand new
