Should I get a Zotac 4090 or a ASUS TUF 4090

I know this question might annoy people because "a 4090 is a 4090" but I have the option between getting a Zotac gaming amp extreme RTX 4090 or a ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 for a fairly good price and im not sure which one to pick. I guess the only factor is that the zotac has been used for gaming for like 6 months while the asus is brand new. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Can't you wait a little more and get a 5080/5090?
What have you got now?

I have a 1070, This 4090 is $1000. If I wait until next year for 5090 it will be like $2500 and then I will have to wait for that price to go down and by the time I wait for the that then they will release the 6090. Im tired of fucking waiting

I'd go with the Zotac card. Looks like the VRM is a little beefier over the TUF version.

I like my Zotac. The RGB kinda sucks so I leave it dark. It’s compact and clocks fairly well. Mine doesn’t have dual bios though.. it’s ok I don’t mess with GPU bios at all.

The Zotac performed the worse cooling wise in the noise normalized test in the tpu review for aib cards but was still great at 70C you really can't go wrong with either but I'd probably go with the Tuf becuase the shroud is metal not plastic if they are the same price otherwise whatever ones cheaper.

both Asus and Zotac uses the same regulators that blows a hole on the PCB due to their implementations without a Fuse, MSI is kinda the safest, though personally not the greatest, despite the ongoing melting fiasco on the 12v HPWR connector.

Fair enough. If you found a 4090 at 1000$, go for it.
I would go for Zotac but practically you can't go wrong with any of these 4090s.

The Zotac is used the Tuf is new so I'm wondering what the price difference is.

both same price

Then the new option.

Just make sure you're not getting scammed a 4090 even used should be much more than 1000.
