This is what i'm thinking to do https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ using parts of my 7 years old pc(case, psu, cooler(?),ram(?),gpu, sound card) and new cpu, mobo, ram and cooler if my old doesn't fit.So i have some questions for you.

1.How soon you think psu(Superflower golden green HX 80+gold 750 watt) will die?

2.It's necessary to change my old ram(Corsair vengeance lpx 2400 Mhz Cl 14 64gb)?

3.My mobo(Rog strix Z270F gaming) supports NVIDIA 2 way SLI technology but is there a 4 to 6 GB GPU that can work combined with my old(GTX 1080 MSI gaming x 8GB) GPU?

If you have some suggestions or corrections to make please do it

Thank you!

As mentioned above, your list is empty.

I don't know what platform it is you were planning to go with, but anything recent that uses DDR4 (LGA 1700 or later AM4 generations) would want much faster RAM than that, like 3,200 MHz to 3,600 MHz.

You can only use SLI to pair the same GPU. If your current card is a GTX 1080, you'd need another GTX 1080 (it doesn't have to be exactly the same GTX 1080, but it needs to be a GTX 1080, not a 1080 Ti, not a 1060, etc.). In any case, multi-graphics card configurations are more or less "dead" these days, so I wouldn't recommend opting into it. A single card that costs whatever two GTX 1080s are worth would probably be better all around, as it would likely have better performance on average, and use less power and thus create less heat, leading to lower noise too.

Any part can fail at any time, but if you believe the 750W PSU is good (a good quality one at seven years should have little concern in my mind), then using it is fine.

Just buy a whole new system and sell the old one unless you wanna sell the old parts one by one

1. PSU can last a long time my OCZ 850watt i had was going on 13 years without issue and my computer was near 24/7 out times i turned off for cleaning, power was out. So it it could be good for a while even then psu isn't that expensive. ocz i had people hated on it saying it was bad psu but it was a tank.
2. You can get use DDR4 on amd but if you going intel you will want faster memory as their cpu's love it. ram is pretty cheap as well.
3. I wouldn't even bother doing SLI its dead no game codes for it and even nvidia isn't doing anything drive side for it. Other side is same with AMD crossfire, they dropped doing anything for it and game dev's don't bother.

Info to add is what you doing with machine and budget.
