Stock AVX is 4.4ghz all cores. On auto it should follow the multi you set unless you change to a lower offset AVX multi.

For detailed readings, try HWInfo64 instead of HWMonitor.

That's true, I feel I'm often times misunderstood. I apologize. Most people don't use AVX offset and disable HT. Don't get me wrong, are effective ways to get some better output for your uses. I do it too.

For a tip, if you OC, keep an eye on effective clock rates during the testing. Just because you set 5.6ghz, doesn't mean it ran 5.6ghz. The cpu only boosts to the lowest multi you've set during all core loads.

I was thinking AVX512, which is still technically incorrect as only one of my 12700k's even had that option as Intel seems to have removed that for majority of chips since. Thanks for the tip. I am watchful on all logs on my tinker machine. It holds 5.4 on 6 cores when fully loaded. There are questions though, but Ill make a new thread for those.

Yea, only couple early batches would run AVX512.

You could use a little help for sure. DRAM 16-16-16 should be fine 1.35 to 1.40v at CL15/16. 1.55v seems excessive for the returns. Same for the System Agent. Most Decent B-Die would do 14-14-14-44 trfc 450 or tighter. This is added heat for nothing basically. If you can't do CL14, then maybe go for high frequency instead. 12th Gen and up loves fast ram. That's why there's such a performance lift just running 12600/12700K on DDR5 instead. Food for thought anyways.
